Our Story

Reach was founded in 2016 by Cory Pinegar and is still owned and operated by him. We began as a dental-speci- fic scheduling company, learning the front desk pressure firsthand. Four or five years ago, our own growth forced a change: we started hiring internationally to build consistent support. That shift became Reach.

We also evolved our model, moving beyond a guesswork call center to dedicated Virtual Assistants, real people who are fully trained and fully integrated into one practice. Built without borders, Reach helps dentists and teams protect the patient experience and regain breathing room.
